  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Australia

Please note that we are unable to ship to certain remote or restricted areas. For Australia, some remote regions may not be serviceable by our shipping carriers. If your address is not eligible for delivery, you may be unable to complete checkout or our customer service team will contact you.

Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Transit Time

After your order has been shipped, estimated transit time is:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

For eligible shipping destinations:

  • Orders under $75: $7.99 standard shipping

  • Orders of $75 or more: FREE standard shipping

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after the package enters the carrier's network.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country or region.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
