How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you complete your order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. Be sure to use a working email address for this reason!

What size should I order?

We have listed a general sizing guide under our size chart, but some items may differ according to the brand. We try to provide guidance in each item description to better serve you.

Do you give refunds?

We issue an online credit only. Please see the Return Tab at the bottom of our homepage for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process all orders within 24-48 business hours or less. If you need to make a change to your order please contact us at support@shopsassygrace.com immediately after placing your order and we’d be happy to assist you in making any changes, provided your order has not yet processed. Orders that have begun processing may not be modified or cancelled.
